Before joining Kim Covino & Co., Grace spent over a decade as Executive Vice President of Business Operations at a leading Massachusetts real estate company. In that role, she managed finance, administration, and staff across 12 locations, gaining extensive experience in organizational management and operational excellence.

After 12 years in a large corporate setting, Grace was excited to bring her expertise to a top-producing local team where she could make a direct impact. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
